New officers have been elected for the Judiciary Staff Welfare Association, High Court Umuahia with Mrs. Susan Obioma Herbert returned as the Chairman.
Other officers are; kalu Ukpola – Vice Chairman, Promise Allison – Secretary,
Kalu Enyinnaya – Assistant Secretary,
Ann Udemba – Treasurer, Arisa Ogwe – Financial Secretary, and Chijioke Chinecherem – Social Secretary.
The rest are, Emeka Echerobia, Igboko Kalu, Obilor Ndumele and Daniel Ukegbu who were also returned as Ex-officio members.
Addressing the staff shortly after the election, the Chairman Electoral Committee and legal practitioner, Joy Wogu appreciated the entire Staff of the Judiciary for conducting themselves peacefully during the election.
She called on the elected officers to carry everybody along in the spirit of sportsmanship to justify the confidence reposed in them.
Responding on behalf of the elected officers, the Chairman, Mrs Susan Obioma Herbert who thanked the entire Staff of the judiciary for the confidence reposed in her, promised to carry everyone along.
Mrs. Obioma further solicited the cooperation of all staff of the Judiciary High Court Umuahia and prayed God for the Grace and enablement to fulfill all their electoral promises.
