As internal crises keep rocking the unity of the once acclaimed biggest Party in Africa, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), its leadership has affirmed Sunday Ude-Okoye as the party’s authentic National Secretary in compliance with a court of appeal order.
Making the position of the party public this Tuesday, while fielding questions from newsmen at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja, the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, disclosed that the PDP is in receipt of a Court of Appeal ruling affirming Ude-Okoye as the National Secretary, consequently stifling Senator Samuel Anyanwu’s attempt to remain in office as National Secretary.
He made it clear that as a law-abiding party, the PDP intends to carry out the dictates of the court fully.
