Commissioner of Police, Abia State Police Command, CP Kenechukwu Onwuemelie, has charged Area commanders, Divisional Police Officers and other strategic Officers of the command to continue to lecture their men against extortion and molestation
Addressing a meeting he held with Area Commanders, DPOs, HODs, and other strategic officers of the command encouraged officers to regularly brief their men, educating them against unprofessionalism, illegal duties, extortion, and molestation.
CP Onwuemelie made it clear that staff found guilty of any unprofessional conduct will be spared, stressing that the video announcement for Complaint Response Unit (CRU) has been made public
During the meeting, the CP was briefed on the peculiar challenges of officers in their various areas of Responsibilities, and necessary strategic solutions were provided to those peculiar challenges.
