A release endorsed by the current Head of Service, Dr MrsN. Q. Obioma directs lady Maduka to hand over without delay all Government Properties in her possession to the most senior Director of the ministry.
Mrs Joy Maduka who last year while acting as State Head of Service oversaw the compulsory retirement of Senior public servants was promoted to the Permanent Secretary Cadre and appointed as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment barely three months ago.
This decision which is coming on the heels of the suspension and sacking of some top Government Officials has been described by many as another unpredictable move by Governor Otti who has kept public Officers on their toes, now.
