The Chairman, Abia chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, Rt. Hon. Dr. Alwell Asiforo Okere, has congratulated the immediate past Governor of Abia, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, on his induction as a Fellow of the prestigious Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
In a congratulatory message on behalf of the party endorsed by the PDP Vice Chairman and Acting Publicity Secretary, Abraham Amah, the Abia PDP Chairman described the former Governor as a scholar who continues to contribute meaningfully to his area of knowledge and specialty.
He pointed out that they are encouraged by Dr. Ikpeazu’s resilience, tenacity, resourcefulness, and unwavering commitment to improving the fields of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
“Your commitment to this field of knowledge was eminently expressed when you authored a book on this difficult subject area even as a sitting governor, a feat that is not only exemplary but inspirational as well.”
Dr Asiforo Okere prayed the almighty God to continue to give him the wisdom, courage, and energy to continue to contribute to the advancement of knowledge for the benefit of mankind.
