The Mayor of Umunneochi LGA, Ndubuisi Ike is one man that has exhibited positive leadership qualities. His assumption of office has brought physical changes in Umunneochi Local Government in different areas. But one major area of interest is the remodeling and reroofing of the entire structure at the Local Government headquarters, Nkwoagu Isuochi and tiling of the offices.
Before his assuming office, Umunneochi was conspicuously affected by the activities of Kidnappers, making the council area one the most beseeched in Nigeria. But his security architecture and his ability to draw the attention of Governor Alex Otti such made Umunneochi safe and free from kidnapping from these dreaded evil men.
Mayor NDUBUISI IKE has demonstrated capacity to lead and has clearly done this through his principle of inclusiveness which his administration is known for today. Indeed, he believes in parliamentary democracy and ensures that Umunneochi sons and daughters in the diaspora are part of his team.
He has developed a plan for the development of the LGA, with his world class team of planners with deep root and capacity in community development. This has seen the systematic adoption of developmental policies that have started yielding fruits.
There is no doubt that Umunneochi attaining greater strides with the emergence today of a leader that listens to the heartbeat of his people.
Umulete, all that is needed from us is to keep praying and supporting him. Umunneochi is on her way to the Eldorado.
