Abia State House of Assembly has screened and confirmed the nominees for the State Public Private Partnership and Investment Promotion Agency.
Announcing the confirmation on the floor of the House, the Speaker Chief Emmanuel Emeruwa listed them to include Chinedum Chijioke – Director General, Nkemdirim Okoroafor while Uchenna Nnaomah and Pastor Gabriel Ekpendu are members whereas Dr Collins Ulu is the Secretary and Legal Adviser.
While charging them to ensure that they live up to expectations when sworn in, the Speaker directed the Clerk to communicate the decision of the House to the Governor.
Addressing the House during screening, the Director General designate of the Abia State Public Private Partnership and Investment Promotion Agency, Mr Chinedum Chijioke assured that the agency under his watch will work towards the creating investments vehicles to make Abia the investment destination in Nigeria and Africa.
