Mbezi Community Honours Oluebube Chukwu for Philanthropy

The traditional Igbo saying “Ka onye na eme ka ekwe si akpo ya”, meaning – “the way one behaves/acts determines how he is addressed/assessed”,came to fruition as the Mbezi Autonomous Community in Umunneochi LGA honoured the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Due Process and the Head of the Abia State Due Process and Head Public Procurement Bureau, High Chief Dr Oluebube Chukwu with the Traditional title of. Okpata Obaara Oha 1.

The environment at the , Mbala Central School Field, venue for the historic event where he was conferred with the prestigious chieftaincy title by His Royal Highness, Eze Pharm. Nduchekwa C. Ike, Charam II of Mbezi Autonomous Community, really depicted that High Chief Oluebube Chukwu is a man that has truly touched the lives of communities and individuals through the Oluebube A. Chukwu foundation.

Conferring Dr Chukwu with the title which speaks volumes of his philanthropic gestures, Eze Ike made it clear that the honour is in recognition of his outstanding contributions to societal progress and his unwavering commitment to community development.

The Royal Father commended the Due Process Boss for remaining a beacon of hope for the less privileged and communities and enjoined him not to relent in his avowed determination to serve mankind.

He further lauded him for being a good Ambassador of Umunneochi people in the present administration, pointing out that his services have assisted the people oriented government in its development policies.

Speaking in an interview with Hanto Daily News after the event, High Chief Dr Oluebube Chukwu thanked the Traditional Ruler and the people of Mbezi for the honour done to him and assured that he will remain steadfast in his desire to work for the masses.

He also commended them for their show of love for the Dr Alex Otti led administration and urged them to sustain the tempo as the government has a lot in stock for them.

High Chief Dr. Chukwu, a passionate advocate for exemplary leadership, has long championed initiatives aimed at fostering development and improving the lives of the less privileged.

The title Okpata obaara oha adds to an impressive list of chieftaincy titles, including Ugochituberem nke Mbu of Isuochi Ancient Kingdom, Agu Di Ebube I of Nneato Ancient Kingdom, and Ebubedike I of Umucha Autonomous Community.

The event, titled Charam II Coronation 2024, was a grand celebration attended by dignitaries, Traditional Rulers, family members, and well wishers, who all paid glowing tribute to a leader whose dedication and philanthropy have touched countless lives.
